It is with great sadness that we announce that Northport High School Athletic Hall of Famer, Class of 2023, Dawn Young (nee McGrath) recently passed away. She was a graduate in the NHS Class of 1980. Below is the obituary of her life, which was well-lived. Our deepest condolences to her family and friends. Dawn Marie Young (McGrath) lived her 63 years with unmistakable energy, warmth, and an adventurous spirit that shaped every chapter of her life. She passed away peacefully

The Northport High School Athletic Hall of Fame is pleased to announce the Class of 2025 , which will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on Saturday, September 27th  at 10:00am in the Auditorium of Northport High School. The Class of 2025 consists of Ryan Campbell, Cortney Fortunato, Leah Kepping, Doug Trani, Christopher Tyson, Alan Vitters, The Tillman Family, Coach George Franck, and the 1990 Girls Soccer Team.
