Tiger Pride on Display at 2025 Induction Ceremony

The Northport High School Athletic Hall of Fame welcomed the Class of 2025 in a glorious ceremony, followed by their introduction at halftime of the Tiger's football game on Saturday, September 27th. The ceremony was kicked off in grand fashion as the Tiger Marching Band, Tigerettes and Flag Line performed a powerful rendition of our National Anthem. ed by the celebration of this year's honorees and their achievements. A post-ceremony gathering to catch up with former teammates and friends capped the wonderful morning. Today, I was very happy to witness the induction of the first family of Northport Wrestling into the Northport Athletic Hall of Fame - Larry, Michael and Randy Tillman. They were a big inspiration for me when I started my wrestling career at Northport. Also in the photo are legendary Northport wrestling coaches, Terry McNamara (my HS coach) and Al Cicio.
